Gîte Sympa d'Avène is located on the ground floor, in an old sheepfold. We have created this gite over time.
After ten years of happy work, we were able to offer you in 2012 (first classification****, renewed in 2017) this pleasant apartment under vault, heated by the floor (soft and comfortable heat), generally cool in summer (thick stone walls and provision of standing air conditioner) and fully equipped.
The entrance hall will allow you to deposit jackets and shoes.
To your right, a toilet with washbasin and laundry room (washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, necessary cleaning); a glass door separates this space from the hall.
You then enter the main room, "living room". To your right the double bedroom (160) equipped with a wall wardrobe, a chest of drawers, two bedside tables.
In the living room, the fitted kitchen with its island and matching cupboards, dining area with its table and 4 wrought iron chairs (cushions on chairs), a sitting area with sofa (sleeping 2 people), masonry bench with cushions.
At the end of this room on the left, you lead to the hall or relaxation area with the arched window (open view), with the bathroom on your right and a sleeping area, for 1 personwith window, on your left.
Outside, a small garden equipped with a CAMPINGAZ barbecue, a table and wooden chairs and armchairs, deckchairs, parasol
We will have the pleasure to welcome you ourselves, except in exceptional cases or force majeure.
Our rates (charges included unless electricity and excluding tourist tax are exceeded):
- from March to May / October and November: 870 € for the treatment period (3 weeks),
- June, September: 990 € for the treatment period (3 weeks)
- July, August: €1,260 for the treatment period (3 weeks).
Note that for any rental of the cottage less than 3 weeks, the rate is 500 € per week.
The tourist tax (fully paid to the Grand Orb Tourist Office) amounts to 1 € per night for a cottage classified in 4****.
It will cost 20 € per person for a stay of 3 weeks of cure (tax due from 18 years).
Possibility to rent sheets (24 € for the period), towels (12 € the set of shower sheet / towel / bath mat), and ask for the end of stay cleaning (60 €).
For sanitary reasons, our friends pets are not allowed and it is forbidden to smoke in the cottage.
